Memory
The HPE ProLiant ML350 G5 (Generation 5) server comes standard with 2GB and supports up to 32GB of PC2-5300 (DDR2-667) memory. This maximum configuration is achieved by populating all eight slots with 4GB DIMMs. You'll need to order eight 8GB kits to max out the memory on your ML350 G5 server. NOTE: The components of a storage subsystem (e.g. the drive, the HBA/controller, firmware, and the server backplane) should operate at the same data transfer rate or the system bandwidth will be negotiated down to an acceptable level for all components.
