This is an entry rack server, and its ceilings are the whole story. One processor socket, four DDR4 slots stopping at 64GB of ECC Unbuffered memory, and two PCIe 3.0 slots that networking, storage and Fibre Channel all share. Storage is where it stretches: four SFF bays, six with the enablement kit, reaching 92.16TB on SAS solid state.

One. It is a single-socket server on the Intel C242 chipset, taking Intel Xeon E-2200 series parts up to eight cores, or a 9th generation Core i3-9100 or Pentium G5420. All four DIMM slots are available with that one processor.

How many drives fit in a DL20 Gen10?
Four hot-plug 2.5-inch SFF drives, six with the 2SFF drive enablement kit, or two 3.5-inch LFF drives in a hot-plug or a non-hot-plug cage. The chassis was fixed when the server was built.

Not as standard. It ships with a single non-redundant 290W supply; the 500W Flex Slot Platinum and 800W Flex Slot minus 48VDC hot-plug supplies are the redundant options, and HPE does not allow two different power supplies in one server.

Two PCIe 3.0 slots, both eight electrical lanes. Slot 1 is low profile in an x8 connector, slot 2 is full height half length in an x16 connector, and a plug-in storage controller or Fibre Channel adapter uses one of them.
