All of our products carry either a 1 year or a lifetime replacement warranty. In the event of hardware becoming defective during the warranty period, the product can be returned for a replacement. Customers are responsible for the shipment of returned merchandise, Global One will bear the expense for Ground shipment of the replacement item(s).

If an item was ordered by mistake, it can be returned for full refund within 10 days of receipt. The cost of freight is not refundable. After 10 days, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. Returns are not accepted after 30 days for any reason.
