How do I return an item?
All of our products carry a one year replacement warranty. In the event of hardware becoming defective within one year of the purchase, the product can be returned for a replacement.
If an item was ordered by mistake, it can be returned for full refund within 10 days of receipt. The cost of freight is not refundable. After 10 days, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. Returns are not accepted after 30 days for any reason.
